Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the NQ Absorption and NQ HVN Levels indicators (the “Indicators”) sold by Level Two Labs LLC (“Level Two Labs”, “we”) at https://leveltwolabs.site. By buying or using the Indicators you agree to these Terms.

1. Compatibility

NQ Absorption and NQ HVN Levels require the ATAS trading platform (atas.net) and are designed for NQ futures. They do not run on any other platform. Future products may have different requirements, which will be stated on each product. You are responsible for your own ATAS license, data feed, hardware and connectivity. We are not affiliated with ATAS.

2. License

• Licenses are for personal use by the buyer only. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Indicators you paid for, for the duration of your plan (or indefinitely for Lifetime, subject to these Terms).
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, lend, publish, redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer or remove license protection from the Indicators, or share your license key or account.
• We may suspend or terminate a license that is shared, resold or otherwise misused, without refund.

3. Plans and billing

Weekly ($20 per week, one indicator of your choice) and Monthly ($50 per month, both indicators) are subscriptions that renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled. Lifetime ($350) is a one-time payment that includes both current indicators and every indicator we release in the future, at no extra cost, for as long as we offer them. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. All sales are final: no refunds once the license has been delivered, except where the law requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy.

4. No financial advice; trading risk

The Indicators and all content on this site are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor; you can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no claims about trading results from using our tools. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Indicators are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted operation. Platform or data-feed changes may affect behaviour.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
