This policy explains what personal data Level Two Labs LLC (“Level Two Labs”) collects at https://leveltwolabs.site and why.

What we collect

• Purchase data: name, email, billing country and plan, collected by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support messages: the name, email and message you send through our contact form.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention, including rate limiting of the contact form.

How we use it

To deliver and manage your license, process payments, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers.

Processors

Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider. An email delivery provider may be added to send receipts, license keys and support replies.

Retention

Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Use our data deletion request form or use the contact support form. Some records (such as invoices) may need to be kept by law.
