Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your license has been delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.

Digital licenses

The Indicators are digital products delivered as a license. Because a delivered license can’t be returned, payments are non-refundable once your license has been delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise (for example, statutory consumer rights in your country).

Before delivery

If you were charged but have not received your license, contact us and we will either deliver it or refund you in full.

Subscriptions

You can cancel Weekly or Monthly at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice or charged in error by us, we will correct it. This is a billing correction, not a refund of a delivered license.
